Please choose the Priority Mail option if you would like your package ti be insured. HAND WASH ONLY 8 ounce glass jar with 1 oz of wheatgrass seeds plus a 5 oz bag. Comes with an instruction card. Sprouting Instructions Sprouting Instructions 1- Pour seeds into desired container. Tip: You want a good solid layer covering the bottom 2- Fill container with enough water to cover seeds completely. Soak for 9 hours. 3- Drain water and rinse thoroughly with fresh water. Tip: Place container into a lightly sealed ziplock bag to help the sprouting process 4- Rinse seeds with fresh water daily until the white “tails” appear, usually 2-3 days. Tip: Keep in a lightly sealed ziplock bag until the “tails” start turning into roots. Green blades will start to appear. 5- Once grass has come in, keep misted with water. You don’t want the seeds to dry out. Tip: To help extend the life of your plant, every couple days wash the container with warm soapy water and allow fresh water to run thru your plant and drain out completely.
